Booking Terms and Conditions – Mara Choroa Camp
1. PAYMENT POLICY:
- Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit
- Full payment is required 30 days prior to guest’s arrival
- In the unfortunate event that the balance of the invoice amount is not paid within the stipulated time, MARA CHOROA CAMP LIMITED reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled.
Masai Mara Reserve entrance fees is subject to change without notice
JULY TO DECEMBER–USD 200.00 Per Adult & USD 100.00 Per child per day
JANUARY TO JUNE–USD 100.00 Per Adult & USD 50.00 Per child per day
2. CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers [hereafter collectively called CANCELLATION] are subject to cancellation and No-show fees as follows:

3. CHILD POLICY:
- One child below 4 years sharing room with 1 or 2 adults will be free of charge (any extra will be charged for meals at USD 00 per child)
- Children 4- 11yrs exclusive use of own tent will pay 75% of adults sharing rate
- One child sharing with one (Adult single room rate and child rate above).
